Chocolate Ganache Brownie
(secretly healthy)
We've managed to create an eggless, nut-less and flour-less brownie with a rich dark chocolate ganache layer, while still keeping it relatively healthy. Like all of our brownies, we use sweet potato as a base, and Organic Maple syrup as a natural sweetener. However, instead of using peanut butter and almond flour in our previous recipes, we are using tahini (sesame paste) and Organic whole grain oats but the chocolate makes it undetectable.

Fudgy, moist and rich. As if there isn't enough chocolate goodness, there is dark chocolate chunks mixed inside. Himalayan salt sprinkled on top for some balance of flavors. Once you've tried this version, you can never go back to normal brownies again.
